Weekend Courses – Lidingö (Stockholm)
You can learn many different techniques from other countries. We offer Free lace-making, Torchon, Tønder, Chantilly, Honiton, Russian tape lace, Idrija, Schneeberger, Milanese, Flemish, Bruges Bloemwerk, Dalarna lace, and more. In these courses, we are not locked into one specific technique; instead, you make whatever lace you personally want to. Everyone works based on their own skill level. Beginners are also welcome. The theme is purely a source of inspiration—you do not have to follow the theme if you don’t want to. Everyone works on what they prefer.
- Sep 17–18–19 | Theme: Tape Lace (Schneeberger, Idrija, Russian tape lace)
- Oct 8–9–10 | Theme: Honiton
- Nov 12–13–14 | Theme: All (almost) different types of tallies (mandlar / leaves)
We make lace the entire day from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Price: 300 SEK/day. You can attend for just one day if you prefer.
